Garage Unit definition

Garage Unit means a Unit referred to as ”a garage unit” or a ”golf cart unit”, the tenure of which shall be registered in terms of the Sectional Titles Act, including its undivided share in common property of the erf it is erected on;
Garage Unit means Condominium Unit 2, which area is demarcated on the Plans. The Garage Unit contains four hundred eighty (480) parking spaces; one hundred (100) of these parking spaces are dedicated to the City of Fishers.
Garage Unit means a unit designated with the “G” designation to be utilized for the parking of motor vehicles.

More Definitions of Garage Unit

Garage Unit means those Units designated on the Map or in this Declaration as a Garage Unit and which may be used and occupied only for parking of motor vehicles and for storage.
Garage Unit means any of the Units designated as a garage unit on the Map or in this Declaration, which may, but need not be, appurtenant to any other type of Unit, subject to restrictions of record, and subject to the reserved right of Declarant to redesignate the type of use allowed.
Garage Unit means and refer to a structure constructed on a Garage Lot to be used for the primary purpose of parking a motor vehicle or vehicles therein.
Garage Unit means and refer to each of the Units designated on the Condominium Map as a “Garage Unit.” The boundaries of the Garage Units shall be the interior unfinished side of the perimeter walls, floors and ceiling of each Garage Unit. If any duct, wire, conduit, bearing wall, bearing column, or any fixtures lie partially within and partially outside of the designated boundaries of a Garage Unit, any portion thereof serving only that particular Garage Unit shall be a Limited Common Element appurtenant to such Garage Unit and any portion thereof serving more than one Garage Unit or serving any portion of the Common Elements shall be a part of the Common Elements.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.

  • Eligible Unit means, at the Cut-Off Date, a Unit:

  • Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Rooming unit means any room or group of rooms forming a single habitable unit used or intended to be used for living and sleeping, but not for cooking or eating purposes.

In a condominium or planned community, the declarant is the owner of any unit created by the declaration until that unit is conveyed to another person, in a cooperative, the declarant is treated as the owner of any unit to which allocated interests have been allocated pursuant to section 38-33.3-207 until that unit has been conveyed to another person, who may or may not be a declarant under this article.

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.

  • Heat unit means a unit of energy equal to the product of the peak kilovoltage, milliamperes, and seconds, i.e., kVp x mA x second.
