  • If a customer voluntarily elects to return to the Company’s sales service, all incremental gas procurement, upstream transportation, and storage costs incurred by the Company in order to return a customer to sales service shall be borne by customer pursuant to the Commission’s Gas Transportation Program Guidelines adopted in Case No. 85-800-GA-COI.
