Gas Week definition

Gas Week means the period beginning at 06:00 (Belgian time) on a Monday and ending at 06:00h (Belgian time) the next Monday.

  • The "Cash-Out Index" shall equal the arithmetic average of the spot gas prices published in Inside FERC Gas Market Report , ("Prices of Spot Gas Delivered to Pipelines") first posting of the Index Price for Colorado Interstate Gas Company, Rocky Mountains, and from Natural Gas Week, ("Spot Prices on Interstate Pipeline Systems"), monthly average price for Colorado Interstate Gas Company, Rockies for the month of the imbalance.

  • The file shall comprise information on a Weekly Nomination or Renomination, by individual days of the Gas Week.

  • A failure to submit a Weekly Nomination within the above date shall result in adopting the zero (0) volume by the Seller on particular Gas Days of the following Gas Week.

  • Oil means petroleum in any form including crude oil, fuel oil, sludge, oil refuse and refined products (other than petrochemicals which are subject to the provisions of Annex II of the present Convention) and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the substances listed in Appendix I to this Annex.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.
