Examples of GBRA CRR Payment in a sentence

  • After the Bonds issued for Initial Improvements or any other bonds approved by the WCID under this Contract (including principal and interest) are no longer outstanding, the GBRA CRR Payment and interest thereon have been fully repaid and the GBRA DS Payment and interest thereon have been fully repaid, the WCID may terminate this Contract at any time by providing not less than 12 months prior written notice of termination to GBRA.

  • Monies deposited into the CRR Fund by the WCID shall be used for the purpose of paying Non-Budgeted CRR Costs, including repayment of any GBRA CRR Payment, together with accrued interest.

In determining payments under this subsection, the formula found in this subsection shall prevail over the one found in KRS 212.434;

  • Upfront Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
