GDA Provider definition

GDA Provider means Royal Bank, in its capacity as GIC provider under the Guaranteed Investment Contract together with any successor GIC provider appointed from time to time and, upon shall if applicable and unless the context requires otherwise, the Stand-by GIC Provider;
GDA Provider means Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, in its capacity as GDA provider under the Guaranteed Deposit Account Contract together with any successor GDA provider appointed from time to time;
GDA Provider means The Bank of Nova Scotia in its capacity as GDA provider under the Guaranteed Deposit Account Contract or any successor or additional GDA provider appointed from time to time thereunder;
