GE definition

GE shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

GE means General Electric Company; its successors and assigns; any and all components (including, but not limited to its individual operating businesses or divisions), subsidiaries, parents, affiliates and joint-venture partners worldwide of General Electric Company; all entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with General Electric Company; and all entities which may hereafter control, be controlled by, be under common control with, or become affiliated with General Electric Company.
