  • If a dispute cannot be resolved between the GE Digital Services Manager and the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Services Manager within four (4) weeks of the dispute arising, the GE Digital Services Manager and the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Services Manager should escalate the dispute to the Chief Digital Officer of Xxxxx Xxxxxx and the Chief Digital Officer of GE Digital to negotiate in good faith for an additional twenty (20) days (or such longer period as the Parties may agree).

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Service Manager has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.01(c).
