Examples of General Construction Terms and Conditions in a sentence

  • All payments for Construction will be made in accordance with the Payment provisions found in Schedule B – General Construction Terms and Conditions.

  • Excepting any interference resulting from the Entity’s performance pursuant to the General Construction Terms and Conditions and/or the Plans and Specifications, during the Term of this Facilities Lease, the Entity shall provide the District with quiet use and enjoyment of the Site, and the District shall during such Term peaceably and quietly have and hold and enjoy the Site without suit, trouble or hindrance from the Entity, except as expressly set forth in this Facilities Lease.

  • Time extensions will be considered 17 only to the extent there is insufficient remaining float to accommodate these changes, and pursuant to Article 18 14 of these General Construction Terms and Conditions.

  • Pipeline Construction means a substantial disturbance to agricultural land associated with installation, replacement, removal, operation or maintenance of a pipeline, but shall not include work performed during an emergency. Emergency means a condition where there is clear and immediate danger to life or health, or essential services, or a potentially significant loss of property. When the emergency condition ends, pipeline construction will be in accordance with these rules.

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.
