General Contracts definition

General Contracts means the general construction contracts between the First Mortgage Borrower and the General Contractors for Renovation of the Mortgaged Property which shall be an AIA stipulated sum agreement or guaranteed maximum price contract and shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Borrower and Lender.
General Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(h) above.
General Contracts means all written contracts and agreements, including all governmental or third party payor participation agreements, other than the Real Property Leases and the Personal Property Leases, entered into by Seller in connection with the Business.

General Contracts means the contract between Borrower and the General Contractor(s) for construction of the On-site Improvements or Units, as applicable.
