General Mortgage Indenture definition

General Mortgage Indenture means the General Mortgage Indenture, dated as of October 10, 2002, between the Borrower and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank), as trustee, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
General Mortgage Indenture means the General Mortgage Indenture, dated as of October 10, 2002, between CEHE and The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. (as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.), as trustee, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
