A REC does not include emission reduction credits and/or allowances encumbered or used by a Generation Unit for compliance with local, state, or federal operating and/or air quality permits associated with the 1 megawatt-hour of electricity.
If the Company elects to register any AOBC Generation Unit less than or equal to 60 kW, the associated energy settlement revenue shall also be included in the Company’s annual SMART reconciliation.
