Generation Unit definition

Generation Unit means a facility that converts a fuel or an energy resource into electrical energy.
Generation Unit means each separate electrical generator that contributes towards Nameplate Capacity Rating included in Exhibit A. For solar facilities, a generating unit is a complete solar electrical generation system within the Facility that is able to generate and deliver energy to the Point of Delivery independent of other Generation Units within the same Facility.
