Nameplate Capacity Rating definition

Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility as stated by the manufacturer, expressed in kW, which shall not exceed 10,000 kW.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility, expressed in MW, when operated consistent with the manufacturer’s recommended power factor and operating parameters, as set forth in Exhibit A.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum installed instantaneous generation capacity of the completed Facility, expressed in MW, when operated in compliance with the Generation Interconnection Agreement and consistent with the recommended power factor and operating parameters provided by the manufacturer of the generator as set forth in a notice from Seller to PacifiCorp. The Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Facility shall not exceed 3 MW.

Examples of Nameplate Capacity Rating in a sentence

  • In the event Seller increases the Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Facility to no more than 10,000 kW pursuant to this section, PGE shall pay the Contract Price for the additional delivered Net Output.

  • Seller shall not increase the Nameplate Capacity Rating above that specified in Exhibit A or increase the ability of the Facility to deliver Net Output in quantities in excess of the Net Dependable Capacity, or the Maximum Net Output as described in Section 3.1.11 above, through any means including, but not limited to, replacement, modification, or addition of existing equipment, except with prior written notice to PGE.

  • Cap premium paid in level install- ments and amortized using alternative method.

  • Seller shall not increase the Nameplate Capacity Rating above that specified in Exhibit B or increase the ability of the Facility to deliver Net Output in quantities in excess of the Net Dependable Capacity, or the Maximum Net Output as described in Section 3.1.10 above, through any means including, but not limited to, replacement, modification, or addition of existing equipment, except with prior written notice to PGE.

  • Seller shall be responsible for the costs and expenses associated with interconnection of the Facility at its Nameplate Capacity Rating at the Point of Delivery.


More Definitions of Nameplate Capacity Rating

Nameplate Capacity Rating means the nameplate baseload capacity of the QF Facility, expressed in kW, when operated consistent with the manufacturers’ recommended power factor and operating parameters, as set forth in Exhibit A.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum installed instantaneous generation capacity of the Facility, expressed in MW (AC), when operated in compliance with Prudent Electrical Practicesand the requirements of the Interconnection Provider and consistent with the recommended power factor and operating parameters provided by the manufacturer of the generator. The Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Facility is 2.0 MW.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum generating capability of the Facility as measured at the Delivery Point (AC) as set forth in Exhibit 4.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means the full-load electrical quantities assigned by the designer to a generator and its prime mover or other piece of electrical equipment, such as transformers and circuit breakers, under standardized conditions, expressed in amperes, kilovolt- amperes, kilowatts, volts, or other appropriate units. Usually indicated on a nameplate attached to the individual machine or device.

The Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Generating Facility shall be the Nameplate Capacity Rating of the Generating Facility specified by Seller in writing to PacifiCorp and accepted or deemed accepted by PacifiCorp, in each case, in accordance with the requirements of the definition of Commercial Operation and Section 2.2.2 or Section 2.2.3, as applicable.
Nameplate Capacity Rating means maximum installed instantaneous power production capacity of the completed Facility, expressed in MW (AC), and measured at the Point of Interconnection, when operated in compliance with the Generation Interconnection Agreement and consistent with the recommended power factor and operating parameters provided by the manufacturer of the generator, inverters, energy storage devices, or other equipment within the Facility affecting the Facility’s capability to deliver useful electric energy to the grid at the Point of Interconnection.
