Grid Code definition

Grid Code. / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • The Project shall enter into commercial service on COD, whereupon the Concessionaire shall be entitled to receive the Obligated Quantity of MSW from the Participating ULBs and the Project shall be able to inject Quoted Capacity to Grid as per the APERC Grid Code as amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Grid Code

Grid Code means the Grid Code required to be prepared by the Board pursuant to Section 33 of the Act, and approved by the Commission, as from time to time revised, amended, supplemented or replaced with the approval or at the instance of the Commission;
Grid Code means the Grid Code specified by the CERC under Clause (h) of Sub- section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act, as amended from time to time.

Grid Code means the MERC (State Grid Code) Regulations, 2020, as may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
