Grid Code definition

Grid Code. / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

Grid Code. “IEGC” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under Clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act;

Grid Code means the Grid Code required to be prepared by theBoard pursuant to Section 33 of the Act, and approved by the Commission, as from time to time revised, amended, supplemented or replaced with the approval or at the instance of the Commission;

• To improve RE grid integration, the Borrower, through the Ministry of Power (“MoP”) has notified the Electricity (Amendment) Rules, 2023 as evidenced by its publication in the Official Gazette (Gazette No. 377) dated May 29, 2023 and through the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (“CERC”) has notified the Indian Electricity Grid Code, as evidenced by its publication in the Official Gazette (Gazette No. 488), dated July 11, 2023.

• Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement, the Solar Power Developer shall comply with the state Grid Code, dispatch practices, performance standard, protection & safety as required as per the rules & regulations in force as applicable from time to time in the State of AP.

More Definitions of Grid Code

Grid Code means the Grid Code specified by the Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Act;

Grid Code means the Grid Code specified by the CERC under Clause (h) of Sub- section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act, as amended from time to time.

Grid Code means the technical code for connection and development of the National Electricity Transmission System (available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxx/xxxx- code?code-documents);

Grid Code means the MERC (State Grid Code) Regulations, 2020, as may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.

Grid Code means the Grid Code which each transmission company is required to prepare and have approved by the Authority as from time to time revised with the approval of the Authority.
