German Target definition

German Target has the meaning specified in the Preamble hereto.
German Target means Intercept Pharma Deutschland GmbH;
German Target means Lumata Deutschland GmbH, a company incorporated under the law of Germany with registered number HRB 185628 B. Group means the Parent, the Company, each Target and each of their respective Subsidiaries for the time being.

  • Therapeutically equivalent drug products means drug products that contain the same active ingredients and are identical in strength or concentration, dosage form, and route of administration and that are classified as being therapeutically equivalent by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the definition of "therapeutically equivalent drug products" set forth in the most recent edition of the Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, otherwise known as the "Orange Book."

  • Replacement Candidate means any Candidate Introduced by the Agency to the Client to fill the Engagement following the Introduction of another Candidate whose Engagement either did not commence or was terminated during the first 12 weeks of the Engagement;

  • Exempt compound means the same as defined in Rule 2.
