GHXe Plus definition

GHXe Plus means the services designated as such in the Scope of Services, which shall be provided only if and to the extent that any Participating Member elects to receive such services for an additional fee.

  • Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.

  • Applicable School Finance Law means Chapters 48 and 49 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, and other applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, the Texas Economic Development Act (Chapter 313 of the TEXAS TAX CODE); Chapter 403, Subchapter M, of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE applicable to the District; and, the Constitution and general laws of the State applicable to the school districts of the State, including specifically, the applicable rules, regulations, and interpretations of the agencies of the State having jurisdiction over any matters relating to the public school systems and school districts of the State, and judicial decisions construing or interpreting any of the above. The term also includes any amendments or successor statutes that may be adopted in the future which impact or alter the calculation of the Applicant’s ad valorem tax obligation or the M&O Amount in Section 4.2 of this Agreement to the District, either with or without the limitation of property values made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • public service vehicle means any motor vehicle used or adapted to be used for the carriage of passengers for hire or reward, and includes a maxicab, a motorcab, contract carriage, and stage carriage ;

  • Family farm corporation means a corporation founded for the purpose of farming agricultural land in which the majority of the voting stock is held by and the majority of the stockholders are persons or the spouse of persons related to each other within the fourth degree of kinship, according to the rules of the civil law, and at least one of the related persons is residing on or actively operating the farm, and none of whose stockholders are a corporation. A family farm corporation does not cease to qualify under this division where, by reason of any devise, bequest, or the operation of the laws of descent or distribution, the ownership of shares of voting stock is transferred to another person, as long as that person is within the degree of kinship stipulated in this division.

  • Back siphonage means the backflow resulting from pressures lower than atmospheric pressure in the water installation;

  • School-sponsored media means all student media that are:

  • CPET means the UK Government’s Central Point of Expertise on Timber.

  • Qualifying corporation means any person classified for federal income tax purposes as an association taxable as a corporation, except either of the following:

  • Graham + Sibbald /"we"/"us"/"our" means Graham + Sibbald LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in Scotland (Registered Number SO307130) and having its registered office address at Seabraes House, 18 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB.

  • OWRA means the Ontario Water Resources Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.40, as amended;

  • Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. The Management Company may itself also performs the Distribution Function.

  • Prime Vendor – means any person (natural or juristic) who forwards an acceptable proposal in response to this RFB with the intention of being the main contractor should the proposal be awarded to him/her.

  • SPEX means Special Licensure Examination prepared by the Federation of State Medical Boards and administered by a licensing authority in any jurisdiction. The passing score on SPEX is 75.

  • RQFII means a Renminbi qualified foreign institutional investor approved pursuant to the relevant PRC regulations (as amended from time to time).

  • PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;

  • Public Source means each source of Publicly Available Information specified as such in the Issue Terms (or, if a source is not so specified, each of Bloomberg Service, Dow Jones Telerate Service, Reuter Monitor Money Rates Services, Dow Jones News Wire, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Nihon Keizai Shinbun, Asahi Shinbun, Yomiuri Shinbun, Financial Times, La Tribune, Les Echos and The Australian Financial Review (and successor publications), the main source(s) of business news in the country in which the Reference Entity is organised and any other internationally recognised published or electronically displayed news sources).

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • BRI ISDN provides a channel with 2-wire interfaces at each end that is suitable for the transport of 160 kbps digital services using the ISDN 2B1Q line code as described in ANSI T1.601-1998 and Verizon TR 72575 (, as TR 72575 is revised from time-to-time). In some cases loop extension equipment may be necessary to bring the line loss within acceptable levels. Verizon will provide loop extension equipment only upon request. A separate charge will apply for loop extension equipment.

  • Public school means any institution or activity operated by

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • MECOD refers to the Multiple Exchange Carriers Ordering and Design Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, a document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee of the OBF, which functions under the auspices of the CLC of ATIS.
