Global Class A Certificate definition

Global Class A Certificate means with respect to any Series of book-entry Class A Certificates, a global certificate executed and authenticated by the Administrator, substantially in the form attached to the Standard Terms, evidencing all of the Class A Certificates of such Series. If the rules and regulations of DTC (or a successor securities depository, including, if designated by Xxxxxxx Mac, the Federal Reserve Bank) so require, a Series of book-entry Class A Certificates may be evidenced by more than one Global Class A Certificate which, together, will evidence all of the Class A Certificates of such Series, and which, together, will constitute the “Global Class A Certificate” for such Series.

  • Class A Certificates The Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Certificates.

  • Class B-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-5 Certificate.

  • Class B-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-4 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-4 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-4 Certificate.

  • Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.

  • Class R-2 Certificate Any Certificate designated a “Class R-2 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto, evidencing the Residual Interest in REMIC II and representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class R-2 Certificates as set forth herein.

  • Class A-V Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-V Certificate, including any Subclass thereof.
