GOB Stores definition

GOB Stores means, individually or collectively as the context may require, the GOB Leased Stores and the GOB Owned Stores.
GOB Stores the Borrower's and the Subsidiary Guarantors' stores which are in the process of being liquidated and closed.
GOB Stores contained in Section 1.01 of the Purchase Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

More Definitions of GOB Stores

GOB Stores means those Retail Stores of the Company not designated as TWEC Stores by Buyer pursuant to Section 6.4.
GOB Stores shall have the meaning set forth in the Final Order Under 11 U.S.C. §§ 105, 327, 328, 365 and 554, (I) Authorizing Debtors to Conduct Going-Out-Of-Business Sales And To Close Certain Stores, (II) Authorizing The Assumption Of Consulting Agreement With And Retention Of Consultant And (III) Granting Related Relief, dated April 5, 2007, as in effect on the date hereof.
GOB Stores means Sellers’ stores listed on Schedule 1.1(a), each of which is subject to the Agency Agreement.
GOB Stores means the Borrower's stores which are in the process of being liquidated and closed and set forth on Schedule IV.

Related to GOB Stores

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase Retail Marijuana from a Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility and to purchase Retail Marijuana Product from a Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility and to sell Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product to consumers.

  • Stores means the goods specified in the Supply Order or schedule which the supplier / contractor has agreed to supply under contract.

  • Retail Marijuana means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including but not limited to Retail Marijuana Concentrate, that is cultivated, manufactured, distributed, or sold by a licensed Retail Marijuana Business. “Retail Marijuana” does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other Ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product. If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Drug store means a place whose principal business is, the

  • Alcoholic beverages means beverages that are suitable for human consumption and contain one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume.

  • Supermarket means any full-line retail grocery store that enables customers to purchase substantially all of their weekly food and grocery shopping requirements in a single shopping visit with substantial offerings in each of the following product categories: bread and baked goods; dairy products; refrigerated food and beverage products; frozen food and beverage products; fresh and prepared meats and poultry; fresh fruits and vegetables; shelf- stable food and beverage products, including canned, jarred, bottled, boxed, and other types of packaged products; staple foodstuffs, which may include salt, sugar, flour, sauces, spices, coffee, tea, and other staples; other grocery products, including nonfood items such as soaps, detergents, paper goods, other household products, and health and beauty aids; pharmaceutical products and pharmacy services (where provided); and, to the extent permitted by law, wine, beer, and/or distilled spirits.

  • Retail pharmacy means a pharmaceutical facility dispensing prescription drugs and devices to the general public.
