Golf Canada means Golf Town Canada Inc., a corporation organized, and existing and doing business under and by virtue of the laws of Canada, with its office and principal place of business located at First Markham Place, 3265 Hwy 7 East, Unit 2, Markham, ON L3R 3P9, Canada.
