Good and/or Services definition

Good and/or Services means any of the following, but is not limited to: supplies, Personal Property, construction materials, construction services, insurance, employee benefits, construction, maintenance and service contracts, but does not include Professional and Consulting Services.
Good and/or Services means Good and/or Services or products and, if any, services as specified on the order to the Seller raised by the Purchaser which the Seller will provide;
Good and/or Services means Good and/or Services or products and, if any, services as specified on the order to IPC raised by the Purchaser which IPC will provide;

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such Good and/or Services shall be determined by Stillwater to be defective or non-conforming within the first thirty (30) days after the date of Acceptance by Stillwater, then Stillwater at its option shall be entitled to a complete refund of the purchase price and, in the case of Goods shall promptly return such Goods to Seller.

  • Additionally, in the event the nature of the Good and/or Services change such as to require Supplier to have access to PHI, Supplier will notify UC, as applicable, and Supplier will execute and deliver the UC HIPAA Business Associate Agreement or modify the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Good and/or Services

  • Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services.

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.

To be Usual and Customary, fee(s) must be in compliance with generally accepted billing practices for unbundling or multiple procedures.

  • Reasonable and Customary means, in relation to a charge for Medical Service, such level which does not exceed the general range of charges being charged by the relevant service providers in the locality where the charge is incurred for similar treatment, services or supplies to individuals with similar conditions, e.g. of the same sex and similar Age, for a similar Disability, as reasonably determined by the Company in utmost good faith. The Reasonable and Customary charges shall not in any event exceed the actual charges incurred.

  • TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.
