The replacement of the initial Governing Board Members must be done in staggered terms to ensure continuity in leadership and oversight.
The selection of the School’s Governing Board Members and officers shall be as set forth in the School’s approved Application (Appendix 1) or in School’s by-laws if such are adopted subsequent to the submission of Appendix 1.
