Government Account definition

Government Account shall be defined to mean all Accounts arising out of or with respect to any Government Contract.
Government Account means any Account owing directly by the United States of America or any department, agency or instrumentality of the United States of America to a Loan Party under a Government Contract.

More Definitions of Government Account

Government Account has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(c).
Government Account means an Account the Account Debtor with respect to which is a an Account Debtor that is any government (or any department, agency, public corporation, or instrumentality thereof) of any country.
Government Account means any account payable by any Government Payor under the Medicare or Medicaid programs, any similar or implementing state statutes and the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to any thereof.
Government Account means an account due from an Account Debtor which is a national, federal, state or municipal government, including, without limitation, any instrumentality, division, agency, body or department thereof.
Government Account means all Accounts arising out of or with respect to any Government Contract. “Government Contract” shall mean all contracts with any Governmental Authority.
Government Account means any Account which arises out of contracts with or orders from the United States or any of its departments agencies, or instrumentalities.
