Government Account definition

Government Account shall be defined to mean all Accounts arising out of or with respect to any Government Contract.
Government Account means the account relating to the Consolidated Fund, the Contingency Fund and the Public Account; as defined in these rules;
Government Account means an Account the Account Debtor with respect to which is a an Account Debtor that is any government (or any department, agency, public corporation, or instrumentality thereof) of any country.

  • If you are opening a retirement account, your uninvested cash balance will be invested in the Pershing Government Account fund, unless you or your Investment Advisor chooses a different option.

  • Each Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, (i) forward any collections from any Government Account Debtor in the applicable Government Lockbox Accounts or the Government Lockboxes except as required under Section 4.8(i), or (ii) direct any Government Account Debtor to make a payment in respect of any Account in any place or account other than the applicable Government Lockbox Account or applicable Government Lockbox.

  • The instructions of VA shall be revocable at the sole instruction of VA; provided, however, that if VA revokes such instructions, it shall be in default of this Agreement and Manager shall be entitled to seek an order or judgment from a court of proper jurisdiction for specific performance to sweep the Government Account pursuant to this Agreement.

Government Account means a U.S. Government Account or an Other Government Account.
