Governmental Licences definition

Governmental Licences has the meaning ascribed thereto in section 11.1(p) hereof;

Governmental Licences has the meaning given to it in Section 8.1(n) of this Agreement;

Examples of Governmental Licences in a sentence

• All of such Governmental Licences are in good standing, valid and in full force and effect.

More Definitions of Governmental Licences

Governmental Licences means all permits, licences, approvals, consents, certificates, qualifications, registrations, clearances and other authorizations, and supplements and amendments to the foregoing, issued by a Governmental Authority.
