Grain means a grain or a pulse.
Grain means wheat, durum, oats, rye, barley, buckwheat, flaxseed, speltz, safflower, sunflower seeds, tame mustard, peas, beans, soybeans, corn, clover, millet, alfalfa, and any other commercially grown grain or grass seed. "Grain" does not include grain or grass seeds owned by or in the possession of the grain buyer which have been cleaned, processed, and specifically identified for an intended use of planting for reproduction and for which a warehouse receipt has not been issued.
Grain means the seed of any crop or pasture species including Pulses and oilseeds.
Grain means grains, oil seeds and pulses of all kinds, qualities and varieties including wheat, barley, oats, sorghum, maize and rice;
Grain means seeds intended for processing or consumption and not for sowing or propagation.
Grain means all grains for which standards have been established pursuant to the United States Grain Standards Act as amended, and rice as defined by the Agriculture Marketing Act of 1946, as amended.
