Grant Claim Form definition

Grant Claim Form means the form that will be supplied to the applicant and by which the applicant will claim the grant payment on completion of the project.
Grant Claim Form means the form to be submitted by the Recipient in order to receive payment from the GMCA as set out in Schedule 3;

Grant Claim Form means the grant claim form as set out in Schedule 3 Grant Period: the period for which the Grant is awarded starting on the Commencement Date and ending on the 1st Anniversary of the Commencement Date or as otherwise specified in writing by the funder. Intellectual Property Rights: all patents, copyrights and design rights (whether registered or not) and all applications for any of the foregoing and all rights of confidence and Know-How however arising for their full term and any renewals and extensions. Know-How: information, data, know-how or experience whether patentable or not and including but not limited to any technical and commercial information relating to research, design, development, manufacture, use or sale.

  • Claim Form or “Proof of Claim Form” means the form, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit A, that a Claimant or Settlement Class Member must complete and submit should that Claimant or Settlement Class Member seek to share in a distribution of the Net Settlement Fund.

  • Settled Claims means any and all claims, debts, demands, rights or causes of action or liabilities (including, but not limited to, any claims for damages, interest, attorneys’ fees, expert or consulting fees, and any other costs, expenses or liability), whether based on United States federal, state, local, statutory or common law or any other law, rule or regulation, whether foreign or domestic, fixed or contingent, accrued or unaccrued, liquidated or unliquidated, at law or in equity, matured or unmatured, foreseen or unforeseen, whether class or individual in nature, including, without limitation, both known claims and Unknown Claims (as defined below) (i) that have been asserted in the Action by Lead Plaintiff and the Class Members or any of them against any of the Released Parties (whether pleaded in the Complaint or not), or (ii) that could have been asserted in the Action or in any forum by Lead Plaintiff and the Class Members or any of them against any of the Released Parties, which arise out of any of the claims, allegations, activities, press releases or public statements set forth in the Complaint and relate to the purchase, sale, transfer or acquisition of the publicly traded common stock of Superior during the Class Period, or any actions, representations or omissions that were alleged or might have been alleged to affect the price of any publicly traded common stock of Superior during the Class Period.   • Notice and Claims Agent means Prime Clerk LLC.

  • Disputed Claim means any Claim that is not Allowed.

  • Authorized Claimant means any Class Member whose claim for recovery has been allowed pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation.
