Grant Claim Form means the grant claim form as set out in Schedule 3 Grant Period: the period for which the Grant is awarded starting on the Commencement Date and ending on the 1st Anniversary of the Commencement Date or as otherwise specified in writing by the funder. Related to Grant Claim Form

  • Claim Form or “Proof of Claim Form” means the form, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit A, that a Claimant must complete and submit should that Claimant seek to share in a distribution of the Net Settlement Fund.
