Award Notice definition

Award Notice means the notice to the Participant.

Award Notice means a written notice issued by the Company to a Participant evidencing such Participant's receipt of an Award with respect to a Performance Period.

Award Notice means the written document establishing the terms, conditions, restrictions, and/or limitations of an Award in addition to those established by this Plan and by the Committee’s exercise of its administrative powers.
