Grant Receipts definition

Grant Receipts means any money received by or on behalf of the City under or pursuant to a Grant Agreement as or on account of a grant or contribution, heretofore or hereafter made, in aid of or with respect to any Project.
Grant Receipts means any money received by or on behalf of the Authority under or pursuant to a Grant Agreement as or on account of a grant or contribution, heretofore or hereafter made, in aid of or with respect to any Project (including without limitation any such moneys received by the Commonwealth or the MDC in trust for the Authority pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of the Act as or on account of a grant or contribution, heretofore made, in aid of or with respect to any improvement to the System).
Grant Receipts means reimbursement payments received by the City pursuant to the terms of the Grants.

Grant Receipts means, collectively, the Full Funding Grant Receipts and the Section 5307 Grant Receipts.

  • Grant Recipient means a nonprofit or governmental organization that receives funds to operate a center pursuant to this act.

  • Cash Receipts means all cash receipts of the Company from whatever source derived, including without limitation capital contributions made by the Member(s); the proceeds of any sale, exchange, condemnation or other disposition of all or any part of the assets of the Company; the proceeds of any loan to the Company; the proceeds of any mortgage or refinancing of any mortgage on all or any part of the assets of the Company; the proceeds of any insurance policy for fire or other casualty damage payable to the Company; and the proceeds from the liquidation of assets of the Company following termination.

  • SARS means the South African Revenue Services;

  • Contract Award Date means the date of the Contract award notice, which may take the form of a purchase order, signed Contract or Notice of Award, issued by the Authority.

  • Date of Grant means the date on which the granting of an Award is authorized, or such other date as may be specified in such authorization.

  • DSUs means the outstanding deferred share units issued under the DSU Plan.

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Performance Award.
