Grantor Trust Y. The portion of the Trust Fund consisting of (i) any Additional Interest with respect to the ARD Trust Mortgage Loans after their respective Anticipated Repayment Dates and (ii) amounts held from time to time in the Additional Interest Account that represent Additional Interest, intended to be treated as a "grantor trust" within the meaning of the Grantor Trust Provisions.
