Grease and oil definition

Grease and oil means the group of substances with similar physical characteristics, which includes fatty acids, soaps, fats, waxes, oils and any other material solvent extracted and not volatilized during evaporation of the solvent.

  • Agreement Area means the area to which this NSHA applies, being the land and waters described in Schedule 3.
