AES means the Advanced Encryption Standard, a specification of Federal Information Processing Standards Publications for the encryption of electronic data issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/nistpubs/FIPS/NIST.FIPS.197.pdf).
Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.
Carbon regeneration unit means any enclosed thermal treatment device used to regenerate spent activated carbon.

Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. DNR means the Washington State Department of Natural Resources, acting through an authorized employee.
Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body.
