PCC refers to the California Public Contract Code.

Contractor adheres to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and PCC 6108.
If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods.

PCC means Public Contracting Code as it is defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(bb).

PCC shall have the meaning given to it in the preamble to this Agreement.

PCC means the Patient and Client Council.

PCC means the Police and Crime Commissioner(s) and/or Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner referred to in the Contract.

PCC means the Particular Conditions of Contract by which the GCC may be amended or supplemented.
