Green infrastructure fund definition

Green infrastructure fund means the special fund created
Green infrastructure fund means the special fund created pursuant to section 5 of P.L. , c. (C. ) (pending before the Legislature as this bill).
Green infrastructure fund means an account held by CBU which project owners may pay into, with the authorization of CBU, in lieu of constructing green infrastructure. The fund will be used to finance detention and water quality projects at CBU’s discretion.

  • Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:

  • Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works,

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Broadband infrastructure means the physical infrastructure used for the transmission of data that provides broadband services. “Broadband infrastructure” does not include land, buildings, structures, improvements, or equipment not directly used in the transmission of data via broadband.

  • Renewable energy project means (A) a project

  • Environmental Infrastructure System means the Environmental Infrastructure Facilities of the Borrower, including the Project, for which the Borrower is receiving the Loan.

  • public service infrastructure means publicly controlled infrastructure of the following kinds:

  • Cogeneration unit means a unit that has equipment used to produce electric energy and forms of useful thermal energy (such as heat or steam) for industrial, commercial, heating or cooling purposes, through the sequential use of energy.

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • infrastructure manager means any body or undertaking that is responsible in particular for establishing and maintaining railway infrastructure, or a part thereof, as defined in Article 3 of Directive 91/440/EEC, which may also include the management of infrastructure control and safety systems. The functions of the infrastructure manager on a network or part of a network may be allocated to different bodies or undertakings;

  • Onshore means all facilities except those that are located in the territorial seas or on the outer continental shelf.
