Grievance Board definition

Grievance Board means the Grievance Board contemplated in regulation 1 of the Individual Grievances Regulations of June 201 0;
Grievance Board means the state grievance board created by section 12-43-702.
Grievance Board means a board established pursuant to this Chapter consisting of three members who shall be appointed by the Mayor and City Council and shall exercise the powers and duties as specified herein.

  • The findings and decision of a majority of the members of a Grievance Board on all arbitrable questions shall be binding on all parties.

  • Policy Grievance shall be signed by a xxxxxxx or a Union representative or, in the case of an Employer's policy grievance, by the Employer or its representative.

  • Dispute Board (DB) means the person or persons named as such in the SCC appointed by agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor to make a decision with respect to any dispute or difference between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor referred to him or her by the Parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 46.1 (Dispute Board) hereof.

  • Apprenticeship committee means those persons designated by the sponsor to act for it in the administration of the program.   • Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

  • Joint Remediation Committee has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.

  • Appeal Board means the State Charter School Appeal

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.
