Gross Receipts Interest definition

Gross Receipts Interest means, with respect to a Mortgage Loan secured by Real Estate held for sale in the ordinary course of business, an amount equal to a specified percentage of the Affiliated Borrower's Gross Receipts from the sale of the underlying Real Estate received during the term of the Mortgage loan.
