Gross Taxes definition

Gross Taxes means the amount of all Special Taxes received by the District, together with the proceeds collected from the sale of property pursuant to the foreclosure provisions of this Indenture for the delinquency of such Special Taxes remaining after the payment of all costs related to such foreclosure actions.
Gross Taxes means the amount of all Special Taxes collected within Community Facilities District No. 2000-1 as set out in the Rate and Method, and proceeds from the sale of property collected pursuant to the foreclosure provisions of the Fiscal Agent Agreement for the delinquency of such Special Taxes, but excluding Prepaid Special Taxes.
Gross Taxes means the proceeds of the Special Taxes received by the City, including any scheduled payments and any prepayments thereof, interest thereon and proceeds of the redemption or sale of property sold as a result of foreclosure of the lien of the Special Taxes to the amount of said lien and interest thereon. “Gross Taxes” does not include any penalties collected in connection with delinquent Special Taxes or any interest in excess of the interest due on the Bonds.

Gross Taxes means the amount of all Special Taxes received by the District from the Treasurer-Tax Collector, together with all payments made with respect to tax-defaulted parcels (including all delinquent and redemption penalties, fees and costs) and the proceeds collected from the sale of property pursuant to the foreclosure provisions of this Indenture, but excluding any payment of Special Taxes on tax-defaulted parcels, including all delinquent and redemption penalties, fees and costs and the proceeds collected from the sale of property pursuant to the foreclosure provisions of this Indenture, so long as the County has paid to the District the Special Taxes levied for a tax-defaulted parcel pursuant to the Teeter Plan established by the County pursuant to California Revenue and Taxation Code Sections 4701 et seq.
