Xxxxxx Plan definition

Xxxxxx Plan means the MPK Coworker Incentive Plan II, as in effect on the Closing Date.

Xxxxxx Plan means the MPK Coworker Incentive Plan II, as in effect on October 12, 2007.

Xxxxxx Plan means each bonus, deferred compensation, incentive compensation, stock purchase, stock option, severance pay, medical, life or other insurance, profit-sharing, or pension plan, program, agreement or arrangement, and each other employee benefit plan, program, agreement or arrangement, sponsored, maintained or contributed to or required to be contributed to by Xxxxxx or by any trade or business, whether or not incorporated, that together with Xxxxxx would be deemed a “single employer” under Section 414 of the Code (an “ERISA Affiliate”) for the benefit of any employee or director or former employee or former director of Xxxxxx or any ERISA Affiliate of Xxxxxx.

Xxxxxx Plan means the Plan proposed by Xxxxxx in its Chapter 11 case. "Xxxxxx Plan Committee" shall mean the Plan Committee under (and as defined in) the Xxxxxx Plan.

Xxxxxx Plan means the MPK Coworker Incentive Plan II established on October 15, 2007, as in effect on the Closing Date.
