  • With respect to any Mortgage Loan related to the Group 6 Certificates, a Servicer of such Mortgage Loans may (but is not obligated to) enter into a special servicing agreement with an unaffiliated Holder of a 100% Percentage Interest of the Class 6-X Certificates.
