Group day care center definition

Group day care center means a day care center that pro- vides care and supervision for 9 or more children.
Group day care center means a day care center licensed under s. 48.65, Stats., and ch. HFS 46.
Group day care center or ‘‘center” means a facility where a person other than a relative or guardian provides care and supervision for 9 or more children for less than 24 hours a day for compensation.
