Group Executive definition

Group Executive means those staff of Scott Bader Company Limited appointed, from time to time, by the Group Managing Director to the team, known as the group executive, who collectively have responsibility for the day to day running of Scott Bader Company Limited;

• Upon request of the Company Group, Executive shall execute, acknowledge and deliver any assignment or other instrument or document reasonably necessary or appropriate to give effect to this Section 6(d) and do all other acts and things reasonably necessary to enable the Company or such Affiliate, as the case may be, to exploit the same or to obtain patents or similar protection with respect thereto.

More Definitions of Group Executive
