Group Exposure definition

Group Exposure means the total exposure, at any given time, of the Client, its subsidiaries and associates/affiliates including any credit or financing facility where the Client stands as Guarantor and/or Mortgagor.
Group Exposure means the total exposure, at any given time, of the Borrower, its subsidiaries and associates/affiliates including any credit facility where the Borrower stands as Guarantor and/or Mortgagor.

Examples of Group Exposure in a sentence

  • Group Exposure –Mutual Funds/AMCs shall ensure that total exposure of debt schemes of mutual funds in a group (excluding investments in securities issued by Public Sector Units, Public Financial Institutions and Public Sector Banks) shall not exceed 20% of the net assets of the scheme.
