Group I Cap Agreement definition

Group I Cap Agreement. The interest rate cap agreement with respect to the Group I Reserve Fund consisting of the ISDA Master Agreement and the schedule and confirmation thereto, each dated October 4, 2002 between the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, and the Cap Provider, as such agreement may be amended and supplemented in accordance with its terms and any replacement interest rate cap agreement acceptable to the Trustee.
Group I Cap Agreement. The interest rate cap agreement, dated August 25, 2005, between the Cap Provider and the Securities Administrator, relating to the Group I Certificates.
