Group I Delinquency Event. A Group I Delinquency Event shall have occurred and be continuing if at any time, (x) the percent equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans that are 60 days or more Delinquent (including for this purpose any such Group I Mortgage Loans in bankruptcy or foreclosure and Group I Mortgage Loans with respect to which the related Mortgaged Property is REO Property), and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period exceeds (y) 36.50% of the Group I Current Specified Enhancement Percentage.

Group I Delinquency Event. A Group I Delinquency Event shall be in effect on a Distribution Date, if the related Three Month Delinquency Rate exceeds 37% of the related Senior Enhancement Percentage for such Distribution Date.

Related to Group I Delinquency Event

  • Delinquency Event A Delinquency Event shall have occurred with respect to any Distribution Date if the Rolling Three Month Delinquency Rate as of the last day of the immediately preceding calendar month equals or exceeds 53.00% of the Senior Enhancement Percentage for such Distribution Date.

  • Delinquency Amount means, as of any Distribution Date, the Principal Balance of all Contracts that were delinquent 60 days or more as of the end of the related Due Period (including Contracts in respect of which the related Motorcycles have been repossessed and are still in inventory).

  • Delinquency Trigger Event means, for any Collection Period, the aggregate Principal Balance of Delinquent Receivables that have been Delinquent Receivables for 61 days or more as a percentage of the Pool Balance as of the last day of the Collection Period exceeding or being equal to 6.62%.

  • Delinquency Test means, for any Payment Date, a test that will be satisfied if:

  • Rolling Three Month Delinquency Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, equal to the average of the Delinquency Rates for each of the three (or one and two, in the case of the first and second Distribution Dates, respectively) immediately preceding calendar months.

  • 60-Day Delinquent Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all Receivables (other than Repurchased Receivables and Defaulted Receivables) that are sixty (60) or more days delinquent as of such date (or, if such date is not the last day of a Collection Period, as of the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding such date), as determined in accordance with the Servicer’s Customary Servicing Practices.

  • Delinquency Rate With respect to any calendar month, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Mortgage Loans 60 days Delinquent or more (including all foreclosures, bankruptcies and REO Properties) as of the close of business on the last day of such month, and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of such month.

  • Group I Stepdown Date The later to occur of (i) the Distribution Date in [Month/Year] or (ii) the first Distribution Date on which the Group I Class A Certificate Principal Balance (reduced by the Group I Principal Funds with respect to such Distribution Date) is less than or equal to ____% of the Stated Principal Balances of the Group I Mortgage Loans plus the Pre-Funded Amount allocable to Loan Group I, in each case, as of the Distribution Date.

  • Group II Stepdown Date The later to occur of (i) the Distribution Date in [Month/Year] or (ii) the first Distribution Date on which (A) the Group II Class A Certificate Principal Balance (reduced by the Group II Principal Funds with respect to such Distribution Date) is less than or equal to (B) ___% of the Stated Principal Balances of the Group II Mortgage Loans plus the Pre-Funded Amount allocable to Loan Group II, in each case, as of such Distribution Date.

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • ii) Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • 60+ Day Delinquent Mortgage Loan (i) Each Mortgage Loan with respect to which any portion of a Scheduled Payment is, as of the last day of the prior Due Period, two months or more past due (without giving effect to any grace period), including, without limitation, such Mortgage Loans that are subject to bankruptcy proceedings, (ii) each Mortgage Loan in foreclosure and (iii) all REO Property.

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Delinquency Trigger means, for any Payment Date and the related Collection Period, 24.00%.

  • Liquidity Provider Ratings Event Termination Date means the date established by the Tender and Paying Agent, acting upon instructions of the Fund pursuant to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, for termination of the VRDP Purchase Agreement upon the occurrence of a Liquidity Provider Ratings Event, which date shall be not less than 16 days nor more than 30 days following such Liquidity Provider Ratings Event.

  • Stepdown Date The earlier to occur of, (I) the first Distribution Date following the Distribution Date for which the Certificate Principal Balance for each of the Class A Certificates has been reduced to zero, and (II) the later to occur of (a) the Distribution Date in November 2009 or (b) the first Distribution Date on which the Current Specified Enhancement Percentage is greater than or equal to 58.90%.

  • Sequential Pay Event means any Event of Default with respect to an obligation to pay money due under the Mortgage Loan, any other Event of Default for which the Mortgage Loan is actually accelerated or any other Event of Default which causes the Mortgage Loan to become a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, or any bankruptcy or insolvency event that constitutes an Event of Default; provided, however, that unless the Servicer under the Servicing Agreement has notice or knowledge of such event at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the applicable distribution date, distributions will be made sequentially beginning on the subsequent distribution date; provided, further, that the aforementioned requirement of notice or knowledge will not apply in the case of distribution of the final proceeds of a liquidation or final disposition of the Mortgage Loan. A Sequential Pay Event shall no longer exist to the extent it has been cured (including any cure payment made by the Note B Holder (unless a Control Appraisal Period has occurred and is continuing) in accordance with Section 11) and shall not be deemed to exist to the extent the Note B Holder is exercising its cure rights under Section 11.

  • Load Reduction Event means a reduction in demand by a Member or Special Member for the purpose of participating in the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

  • Delinquency Advance As defined in Section 8.09(a) hereof.

  • Potential Amortization Event means an event which, with the passage of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute an Amortization Event.
