Group I Net Rate definition

Group I Net Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, the weighted average Net Mortgage Rate for Mortgage Loans in Loan Group I (calculated based upon the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loans as of the preceding Distribution Date) as of the related Due Date.
Group I Net Rate. The weighted average Net Rate "Group II Net Rate": The weighted average Net Rate for Group I. for Group II.
Group I Net Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 12 times the quotient of (x) the total scheduled interest on the Group I Mortgage Loans for the related Interest Accrual Period at their Net Mortgage Interest Rates and (y) the aggregate Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans (as of the first day of the related Collection Period).
