Net Rate definition

Net Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, the product of (x) the weighted average Net Mortgage Rate for the Mortgage Loans calculated based on the respective Net Mortgage Rates and the Stated Principal Balances of such Mortgage Loans as of the preceding Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, as of the Cut-off Date) and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period.

  • For federal income tax purposes, the pass-through rate on each REMIC Regular Interest (other than the Uncertificated Class C Interest) and on the sole class of residual interest in the Upper Tier REMIC shall be subject to a cap equal to the Net Rate.

  • The Trustee shall make withdrawals from the Carryover Reserve Fund to make distributions in respect of Net Rate Carryover as to the extent required by Section 4.04.

More Definitions of Net Rate

Net Rate. The per annum rate set forth in footnote 8 to the description of the Lower Tier REMIC in the Preliminary Statement hereto (such rate being based on the weighted average of the interest rates on the SWAP REMIC Regular Interests as adjusted and as set forth in such footnote).
Net Rate. Unless otherwise provided in the Trust Agreement, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Note Rate of that Mortgage Loan less the Administrative Cost Rate applicable thereto.
Net Rate. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the annual rate at which interest thereon shall be remitted to the Owner (in each case computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months), which annual rate shall be equal to the Mortgage Interest Rate less the Servicing Fee Rate.
