Group I Optional Termination definition

Group I Optional Termination. The termination of the portion of the Trust Fund related to Loan Group I created hereunder as a result of the purchase of all of the Group I Mortgage Loans and any related REO Property pursuant to Section 10.01 hereof.
Group I Optional Termination. The termination of the Group I Sub-Trust created hereunder as a result of the purchase of all of the assets related to Loan Group I and any related REO Property pursuant to the last sentence of Section 11.01 hereof.

Examples of Group I Optional Termination in a sentence

  • The right of the Master Servicer or the Company to purchase all the assets of the Trust Fund relating to the Group I Loans, pursuant to clause (ii) above is conditioned upon the date of such purchase occurring on or after the Group I Optional Termination Date.

  • The right of the Master Servicer to purchase all of the Group I Loans pursuant to clause (ii) above is conditioned upon the date of such purchase occurring on or after the Group I Optional Termination Date.

Related to Group I Optional Termination

  • Optional Termination The termination of the trust created hereunder in connection with the purchase of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to Section 9.01(a) hereof.

  • Additional Termination Event has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).

  • Final Termination Date means the last date of the final year in which the Applicant is required to Maintain Viable Presence and as further identified in Section 2.3.E of this Agreement.

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

  • Standstill Termination Date means the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the Board Rights Termination Date and (ii) the later of (A) the third anniversary of this Agreement or (B) the first anniversary of the date on which both the Purchaser Designated Director has resigned from the Board and the Purchaser has permanently waived and renounced the Purchaser’s Board observation rights and Board designation rights in Section 1 and Section 2 of this Agreement.

  • Scheduled Commitment Termination Date means June 24, 2025.

  • Early Termination Date means the date determined in accordance with Section 6(a) or 6(b)(iv).
