Group I Supplement definition

Group I Supplement means that certain Amended and Restated Group I Supplement to the Base Indenture, dated as of October 31, 2014, by and between HVF II and the Trustee.
Group I Supplement. “hereto”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Group I Supplement, and each reference in any other Transaction Document to “Group I Supplement”, “thereto”, “thereof”, “thereunder” or words of like import referring to the Group I Supplement, shall mean and be a reference to the Group I Supplement as amended hereby.
Group I Supplement has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • The Base Indenture, together with the Group I Supplement and the Series 2013-A Supplement are referred to herein collectively, as the “Indenture”.

  • Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Series Supplement The agreement into which this Standard Terms is incorporated and pursuant to which, together with this Standard Terms, a Series of Certificates is issued.

  • Indenture Supplement means the Card Series Indenture Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall, any Relief Act Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class II-A-IO Certificates, as described in the Agreement. Distributions on this Certificate will be made by the Paying Agent by check mailed to the address of the Person entitled thereto, as such name and address shall appear on the Certificate Register, unless such Person has notified the Paying Agent pursuant to the Agreement that such payments are to be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds. Notwithstanding the above, the final distribution on this Certificate will be made after due notice of the pendency of such distribution and only upon presentation and surrender of this Certificate at the office or agency of the Paying Agent specified for that purpose in the notice of final distribution. Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Certificate set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place. This Certificate constitutes a "regular interest" in a "real estate mortgage investment conduit" as those terms are defined in Section 860G(a)(1) and Section 860D, respectively, of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Unless this Certificate has been countersigned by an authorized officer of the Authenticating Agent, by manual signature, this Certificate shall not be entitled to any benefit under the Agreement or be valid for any purpose.

  • Group II Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan assigned to Loan Group II with a principal balance at origination that may or may not conform to Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loxx xxxxts.

  • Group I Senior Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Group I Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group I, (b) the Group I Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group I and (c) the Group I Senior Liquidation Amount.
