Group II Significance Estimate definition

Group II Significance Estimate. With respect to any Distribution Date, and in accordance with Item 1115 of Regulation AB, shall be an amount determined based on the reasonable good-faith estimate by the Seller or its affiliate of the aggregate Group II Maximum Probable Exposure of the outstanding Class II-A Certificates and Class II-M Certificates to the Group II Swap Agreement.
Group II Significance Estimate. With respect to any Distribution Date and each related Cap Contract, and in accordance with Item 1115 of Regulation AB, shall be an amount determined based on the reasonable good-faith estimate by the Depositor of the maximum probable exposure of each of the outstanding Class II-B-1 Certificates and Class II-B-2 Certificates to the related Cap Contracts.

Related to Group II Significance Estimate

  • Elevated blood lead level means a level of lead in blood that is any of the following:

  • State Estimator means a computer model that computes the state (voltage magnitudes and angles) of the Transmission System using the network model and real-time measurements. Line flows, transformer flows, and injections at the busses are calculated from the known state and the transmission line parameters. The State Estimator has the capability to detect and identify bad measurements.

  • Severity means the dollar amount of losses on claims.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Current closure cost estimate means the most recent of the estimates pre- pared in accordance with § 265.142 (a), (b), and (c).

  • Non-profit organization means: (1) a governmental entity of the state of California; or (2) a legal entity that is tax exempt under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3) and California Revenue and Taxation Code section 23701d.

  • Cost Estimate means the detailed projected expenditure, including material costs and overhead, equipment costs and overhead, labor costs and overhead, and all taxes associated with each major material and service component, required for a line extension. It shall also separately identify any incremental costs associated with providing premium services. The Company may, for the purpose of standardization, establish standard construction cost estimates, for basic or premium service plans, which shall not exceed, in any event, the average cost of constructing such line extensions in the area involved, in which case the term “cost estimate” as used in this section will be understood to mean the standard estimate thus established.

  • Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) means a qualified person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.

  • Congestion Price means the congestion component of the Locational Marginal Price, which is the effect on transmission congestion costs (whether positive or negative) associated with increasing the output of a generation resource or decreasing the consumption by a Demand Resource, based on the effect of increased generation from or consumption by the resource on transmission line loadings, calculated as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.
