Group Insurance Contract definition

Group Insurance Contract means an insurance policy or coverage that is sold in the group market and that are usually sponsored by a person’s employer, union, employer organization or employee organization.
Group Insurance Contract means this private medical insurance policy entered into between the company and AXA PPP healthcare, including the membership handbook and any application form and ancillary documents completed by the company as part of its application for this private medical insurance policy;
Group Insurance Contract means this private medical insurance policy entered into between the company and XL Catlin Insurance Company UK Limited, including themembership handbook and any application form and ancillary documents completed by the company as part of its application for this private medical insurance policy;
