Group of GSPs definition

Group of GSPs means one or more Grid Supply Points for the time being established as forming such a group in accordance with Section K1.8;

Examples of Group of GSPs in a sentence

  • Before making any revision of the Grid Supply Points to be comprised in a Group of GSPs the Panel shall consult with the Authority, the Transmission Company, the Distribution System Operators of all Distribution Systems comprised or to be comprised in relevant GSP Groups, and all Suppliers.

  • Before making any revision of the Grid Supply Points to be comprised in a Group of GSPs the Panel shall consult with the Authority, the NETSO, the Distribution System Operators of all Distribution Systems comprised or to be comprised in relevant GSP Groups, and all Suppliers.

Related to Group of GSPs

  • Affiliated group of corporations means an affiliated group as defined in section 1504 of the Internal Revenue Code, except that, if such a group includes at least one incumbent local exchange carrier that is primarily engaged in the business of providing local exchange telephone service in this state, the affiliated group shall not include any incumbent local exchange carrier that would otherwise be included in the group.

  • Group D Obligor means any Obligor that is not a Group A Obligor, Group B Obligor or Group C Obligor; provided, that any Obligor (or its parent or majority owner, as applicable, if such Obligor is unrated) that is not rated by both Moody’s and S&P shall be a Group D Obligor.
