Group Service definition

Group Service as defined in Section 3.2.4 of the Management Agreement.
Group Service means a group of related businesses, which has contracted with Us, the Services under which are to be used or shared by the group, or any of its individual businesses;

Examples of Group Service in a sentence

  • Either Party may send a Trunk Group Service Request (TGSR) to the other Party to trigger changes to the Local Only, Local Interconnection, Third Party and Meet Point Trunk Groups based on capacity assessment.

  • If you are outside of your Medical Group Service Area but within California and need urgent care, you may visit any urgent care center near you.

  • The specific terms of coverage, exclusions and limitations are contained in the Summary Plan Description, the Group Benefit Guide or the Group Service Agreement.

  • Medical Groups: • Share administrative responsibilities with your PCP; • Work with your PCP to authorize Covered Services; • Ensure that a full panel of Specialists are available to you; and • Have admission arrangements with Blue Shield’s contracted Hospitals within the Medical Group Service Area.
