Group VWith respect to the Mortgage Loans, the pool of fixed rate Mortgage Loans identified in the related Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Group V or with respect to the Certificates, as set forth in the Preliminary Statement.
Group VWith respect to the Mortgage Loans, the pool of adjustable rate Mortgage Loans identified in the related Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Group V or with respect to the Certificates, the Class V-A-1 Certificates.
